When will my order be delivered ?

We are committed to deliver your order by the next business day (Monday through Friday), or sooner where possible.

Special ordered items or out of stock items cannot be delivered within this timeframe.

What is the cost for delivery ?

For orders over $200 there is no delivery charge, otherwise there is a $25 delivery.

Do you deliver outside of Barbados ?

Deliveries are currently only offered within Barbados.

Can you setup my new product at the time of delivery ?

Our delivery service does not offer any assistance with product setup or configuration.

Can my delivery be delayed ?

In rare circumstances orders may take longer than the stated delivery time. There may be unexpected delays that occur with your order, these could be due to the busier holiday seasons, during promotions that cause a higher than normal volume of orders, and weather related issues. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience should this occur.

Can I collect my order instead ?

Once you select to collect your order during checkout, you will be able to collect our order from our office. You can see a map of our office location in our Contact Us page.

Please DO NOT come to collect until you have received confirmation from us that your order is ready for collection.
