By using EABim.com you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, privacy policy and all other disclaimers that appear on the website. Submitting an order will be taken as your having accepted these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to order products from us.

These terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between EA Group Inc and its customers which applies to all purchases of products by our customers from EABim.com. These Sale Terms may not be altered, supplemented or amended through the use of any other document(s). Where an order has been placed and there is an attempt to add to, amend or modify the terms and conditions of sale, the agreement will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written document signed by both you and EA Group Inc. Any other terms and conditions included in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions by clicking on the Place Order button represents only an offer of contract. The contract is not binding until EA Group Inc has accepted it.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown on this website are in Barbados dollars and are VAT inclusive, where applicable.

Prices are exclusive to EABim.com and can change without notice.

Visa and MasterCard credit cards & debit cards are accepted as payment. If you choose to pay with a card using a foreign currency the charges will be processed in Barbados dollars at the conversion rate applied by our payment processor, Powertranz, at the time the order was placed.

Orders

All submitted orders are subject to our acceptance. EA Group Inc is entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order, for any reason, with or without notice and shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due, but is not limited to, to any one or more of the below reasons:

- Product(s) being out of stock

- Error with the description or price of product(s)

- Failed customer validation or failed payment authorization

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect our customer and ourselves from fraudulent transactions, EA Group Inc may provide your transaction-related information to third parties for verification and our payment processor. Having placed your order you authorize EA Group Inc to make any inquiries deemed necessary in connection with this sale.  You provide your explicit consent for EA Group Inc to register relevant information with licensed credit reference agencies where permitted by law. This information may also be used for credit worthiness assessments, fraud prevention, and debt recovery.

By placing an order, you authorize EA Group Inc to transmit or obtain information about you from third parties, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number, billing address, telephone number to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit or debit card and to authorize transactions.

Products & Availability

Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock available may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order but after we have processed the payment, we shall notify you as soon as possible. If the product is out of stock EA Group Inc will process a refund of payment or provide a product of equal value, should you so choose.

All images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products, in order to assist your purchasing decision. Images may contain other products not included with the product for sale.

EA Group Inc honors the manufacturer's (1) year limited parts & labour warranty on all computer systems, tablets and phones. You can review the warranty for each manufacturer via their respective websites. All other goods carry a 90 day warranty from the original purchase date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Barbadian law, EA Group Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific product in question.

Customer Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EA Group Inc and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against EA Group Inc arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
